A unique combination of documentary and animated films from all over the world - for over 60 years. The focus is always on the values: peace, tolerance, human dignity and freedom of opinion. DOK Leipzig historically also plays a pioneering role as a meeting place of East and West. The festival offers films in six different categories, including premieres and young talents, unique special series as well as interactive works, from the fields of virtual and augmented reality, games, installations, 360° films and media art.
